Ingredients

– 1/2 cup Betty Butter cannabis-infused ghee (approx. 375mg THC total) – 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
– 2 large eggs

– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp baking powder (gluten-free)
– Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or walnuts

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8×8” pan with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted Betty Butter ghee and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth. 3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until glossy.
4. Fold in almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
5. Stir in chocolate chips or nuts, if using.
6. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
8. Cool completely before cutting into 12 squares (~31mg THC per square if using full 1/2 cup Betty Butter).

Dosage Note

Adjust your serving size based on your desired dose. For ~10mg THC per serving, cut brownies into 36 squares.
